Ingredients
500g Flour (I used self raising flour, but Plain flour can be used, 1/2 Tsp can baking powder can be added to the plain flour for a similar effect)120g Granulated sugar
1Tsp Cinnamon (grated)
65g Butter
1 Egg
85ml Milk
Oil for frying
Step 5. Combine until it forms a ball, and keep the bowl almost clean. Allow it to rest for some few minutes.
Step 8. Place your deep frying pan on the cooker with oil or switch on you deep fat fryer, let the oil heat up. Once heated, add some of the chin chin dough to the oil (making sure their are well spaced).
Finally its time to serve, with a bottle or can of chilled coke or any drink of your choice......
