We can all bake, what’s important is HOW you bake it. It’s important you
1. mix well,
2. use quality butter
3. Don’t over or under bake
4. Don’t set your oven too high
5. 100% sift you flour… It makes the cake more lighter
6. When making rainbow cake.. Use paste colouring not gel or concentrated.
7. Crack your eggs separately and whisk (my opinion).
8. Plan very much ahead
9. There are differences between butter, margarine, suet or trex.
