Easy No Bake Nutella Cheesecake

So it was my birthday this past week and I decided to give my family a treat with this special Cheesecake.
I love cheesecake but it hates my waistline so I usually stay away from it, but hey, birthdays are once in a year so why not!!!

Preparation Time: 20minutes

Setting Time : 6hrs-24hrs

To make this cake you will need the following...

3 Tablespoons of Nutella
500g Cream Cheese
300g Double Cream
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
100g Icing Sugar
125g Butter
300g Ginger Biscuits

Method

Place the cookies in a bag and crush to little bits

Measure the butter and melt it. Mix the crushed biscuit with the melted butter to form the base of our cheesecake.

After mixing, put mixture in your cake pan (preferably one with a loose bottom) and press down as evenly as possible. Once the entire base is covered, keep in the fridge and begin work on the other parts of the cake.

Pour cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and combine together. Set aside.

In another bowl, pour in the cream and the vanilla extract.

Whip until stiff peaks start to form

Now combine the whipped cream with your cream cheese mixture in one bowl.

Now bring out your cookie base from the fridge. Because am going for white and milk chocolate look, i'll be making two layers. Heres the white layer which is half the whipped cream and cheese mixture going in first.

Spread out evenly across the pan, over the cookie base using a knife or spatula.

Mix the other half of the mixture with the nutella.

Pour it in and use your spatula or knife to spread it out evenly.

 Cover with Cling Film

Place in your fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve and enjoy!!!
